SHOCKING MOMENTS ON PATERNITY COURT!

Why did you miss my eighth grade graduation? You were you were  in no way. You were you were out. You were able to come. Why? Why did you miss it, Jay? Because I was a piece of I’m not going to keep I’m not going to keep down on myself, but I didn’t care about y’all. I’m just I’m keeping it real.

Y’all want me to keep it real? I didn’t care about y’all because y’all was y’all was in my way of doing what I And from what I had heard from my son, her father’s a great big man. What I heard from my neighbor, she has a little brother that she and the little brother were like twins. And the grandmother, Miss Slide Senior’s mother, brought the baby over in the house behind mine every day for a week.

I got to drop a little knowledge on you, Mr. Matthews. If these kids are yours today, you going to be paying for it. [cheering and applause] Off with Mr. Matthews, accusing Miss Rainey of having multiple men in her life. She snaps back that she wasted nearly a decade loving him. 8 and 1/2 years gone just like that.

Mr. Matthews, what are you? Then comes her jaw-dropping move. Out of pure spite, she actually named their son after another man she was involved with. Matthews calls it the ultimate betrayal. Okay. So, Miss Rainy, why did you name your son after another man? He told me to. Yeah, I just His words was, “That ain’t my son.

You don’t look He don’t look like me.” Matthews tries to play it cool, brushing their relationship off as meaningless, his heart. To him, their years together meant nothing. 8 and [cheering] 1/2 years and don’t have no feelings. Period.  The mooching doesn’t end there. Rainey says she hustled at every job imaginable, even dancing in clubs just to keep him afloat.

Matthews doesn’t even deny. Idy says if she gan despite all his denials, a major truth comes out. Matthews had already signed the birth certificate for their daughter, Raniah. On paper, that makes him the legal father whether he likes it or not. That’s cuz he’s nowhere. Well, I got to drop a little knowledge on you, Mr. Matthews.

If these kids are yours today, you going to be paying for it. [cheering and applause] He already going to be paying for one cuz he signed a birth certificate. So I ain’t worried about it. So did you in fact sign the birth certificate for the girl for Raya? Not for Si. He going to keep playing me that way. But at a point in time, I’m done.

I’m tired and I’m fed up.  As if things weren’t messy enough, Matthews casually reveals another bombshell. He has six more kids with other in the case of Rainey versus Matthews. When it comes to Graniah Matthews, Mr. Matthews, you case two, three grown sisters have taken the stand against their own mother, Miss Lidell, accusing her of decades of deception about who their real father is.

After years of confusion, they claim her lies ruined their family. The courtroom is boiling with resentment. Is their father? Yes. Yes, sir. Do you know who are the other people that could possibly be their father? I have a couple people in mine. Mr. Her wild ways. He even says he caught her cheating back then. Uh, deep in my heart. Oh, yeah.

I And I hate to say it and it’s hurting me to say it, too, but no, I do not. You don’t act like don’t act like What are your doubts? Her father, they explained that he was absent from their lives just as much as she was. Growing up, they felt abandoned by both parents. White her so bad cuz he is the only father that I ever knew he is.

But it’s kind of a part of me that y we little girls. We are daughters. We already don’t got free or will approve their entire childhood was built on lies. When it comes to Miss Jamie Williams, Mr. Williams, you are not her father. Thank you, James, for what you did for me. Thank you. Was there a DNA test performed? This honest DNA test got worse from her juvenile court, but they never show.

The bottom line is a DNA test was performed. Yes or no? Yes. What were the results? They sold 99%. Case three. For 26 years, Mid believed without question that Mr. Ellis was her father, but now her heart is shattered as he suddenly denies her. He argues her lighter complexion makes it impossible she came from him.

In his eyes, the science of skin tone proves she isn’t his. Is lied. You say that for 26 years you have known only one man, the defendant, Mr. Ellis, to be your biological father. and you’re devastated that he is claiming you’re not his. But Ellis’s doubts don’t stop there. He recalls Rose’s wild past as another reason.

He says she would vanish for weeks only to return after partying with no money. To him, that was a clear sign she was spending time with other men. I mean, her mother, she disappears weeks at a time out there partying. Look bright as she is. I mean, I ain’t no doctor or nothing, but I’m pretty sure two people this color ain’t going to make no baby this bright skinned.

The most shocking claim comes next. Ellis says a paternity test was already taken during child support proceedings. According to him, that test excluded him with a 99.9% result, proving he was not the father. But like I said, she was out there partying, disappearing for weeks at a time. That’s the doubt I want to hear about.

That’s what I want to understand. No money. How she doing all this partying, disappearing for weeks at a time? Rosa, however, paints a very different picture. She swears the test showed Ellis was indeed the father. In fact, she recalls the paperwork stating a 99% probability that he was the biological parent.

But when I was away, your mother seek child support on me. They did the DNA test. I gave her the papers. They garnished my check. Mr. Ellis, explain that. You You had a DNA test already? Yes. Explain. When I was away, her mother called child support on me. They came and took the DNA test. You got the results back? I got the results back. It was 99.

9 that I wouldn’t have bothered. Child support history only adds more chaos to the case. Ellis insists that after his supposed negative result, his wages were no longer garnished. Not only that, but he even got money back that had already been taken. Was there a DNA test performed? DNA test got worse from her.

Do not quote, but they never show. The bottom line is a DNA test was performed. Yes or no? Yes. What were the results? They said in the court 99% yes. Mid then shares her painful upbringing without a dad’s support. She says her loneliness pushed her into group homes and poor choices.

All she wanted was love and guidance from a father figure who never showed up. It said the exact opposite. Yes, it did, Joanna. And I took those same papers to child support and they said I have to pay child support. I said you have to or you did not have to. And they said they they garnished my check three times and they said we’re going to send that money back to you.

Might take three to four weeks. Take about a month, but I got it back. Your honor. Even Ellis’s mother throws her own suspicions in the fire. She claims she once heard Mid’s real father was a much larger man. To back it up, she even says Mid’s little brother strongly resembled her, hinting they shared the same dad.

I feel like if I had a male role model, then you know I wouldn’t have to go out there and experience the things that I experienced to look for love in a man. Like I should have had that firm man connection bond to where I know what to look in a man. Me recalls an encounter with her grandmother that scarred her deeply.

At just 10 years old, she nervously introduced herself on a trolley. Instead of warmth, she was threatened with a slap across the face. And from what I had heard from my son, her father’s a great big man. What I heard from my neighbor, she has a little brother that she and the little brother were like twins.

And the grandmother, Miss Slide Senior’s  mother, brought the baby over in the house behind mine every day for a week. After years of conflicting stories and an old mystery DNA test, the courtroom is boiling with tension. Each side insists their version is the truth. The years of pain and doubt all lead to this one decisive moment.

I have seen her. It’s been trouble. Like, I’ve seen her on a trolley when I was 10. I don’t know if you remember. I saw her on a trolley where we used to live at and I approached her. I want to introduce myself like, you know,  I’m Mr. Ellis’s daughter. She told me, “Get out of my face or I will smack you.

” Finally, the wait is over as the judge reveals brand new DNA results. After 26 years of heartbreak, lies, and confusion, the truth will be exposed. The question remains, will Ellis be proven wrong, or was he right all along? Has been determined by this court. Mr. Ellis, you are the father.

WOLF, I KNEW IT. Case four, Miss Slate arrives in court facing her ex, Mr. Simpson, but things get messy fast. Simpson is convinced he might not be the father at all. In fact, he believes his very own friend died. He overheard his mom with another man. That memory left him feeling torn and caught in the middle of adult secrets.

Her son told me that he heard her having sex on Thanksgiving. The kids in the house. Biggest clue that betrayal came from inside his own family. Well, your honor, I have some evidence I would like to show the court. This is a picture. The fact that you don’t believe the prenatal test results. Now he think Mr.

Haynes, my fiance, the dad of Ace. Oh, you believe Mr. Haynes is Ace’s biological father? Yes, your honor. I believe Mr. Haynes is the father. Why? Case five. Mr. Mason has returned to court once again, still doubting the results of a prenatal DNA test. That test already named him the father of little Ace, who is now just 5 months old.

Yet, he refuses to believe the science. You are now here questioning the paternity of the defendant’s fivemon-old son, Ace. You previously received results from a prenatal paternity test which stated, “You are the father.” His reasoning for doubt is unusual. Mason argues that it makes no sense for a test to prove paternity before the child is even born.

He insists a simple swab from the mother could never be accurate. I feel like still that Ace is not my child. I feel like that it’s impossible to get a DNA for a child that’s unborn  just from a swab of the mother. Adding to his disbelief, Mason claims he feels absolutely no bond with Ace. Whenever he looks at the child, he insists nothing about him resembles his features.

To him, the lack of connection speaks louder than the test. Every time I held Ace, it’s like all he did was just cry, and there was just no connection. That’s what a baby does. They cry when they first born. There was just no connection. Even when I look at Ace, I still see I don’t see me. Mason even points the finger at a surprising suspect.

He believes his ex’s fiance, Mr. Hayne, is the true father. In his mind, the relationship between the baby and Hayne is undeniable. The fact that you don’t believe the prenatal test results. Now, he think Mr. Haynes, my fiance, is the dad of Ace. Oh, you believe Mr. Haynes is Ace’s biological father? One of his biggest complaints is what happens at home.

Mason says whenever the baby cries, his ex immediately hands Ace to her fiance. To make matters worse, she says, “Go to your daddy right in front of them.” To be crying, first person she’ll give them to is Mr. Haynes. She’ll be like, “Go to your daddy.” If I was Ace’s father, she would hand the situation around the birth certificate only fuels the fire.

Mason explains that his name was originally on the document, but after he left the hospital, she had a change to list her new fiance instead. to Ace. She She had put my name on the birth certificate. Removed my name off the birth certificate. Just put Mr. on the birth. She took your name off the birth certificate.

Yes. Out of the hospital after she had already put my name on the birth. I had left out Ace Marcus Mason and father’s full name, Courtney Terron Hay. Her justification leaves him even angrier. She claims Mason wasn’t stepping up as a father, so she replaced him. In her eyes, the man who acted like a dad deserved the spun on the paperwork. already determined that Mr.

Mason is the biological father, then why would you put somebody else’s name? Acting like one. Mr. Haynes acted like more of a father than Mr. Mason did. He was there. So, you’re saying it was a statement that this is the man that’s acting like Ace’s real father? Yes, ma’am. And but old wounds resurface in the courtroom.

Mason says he still remembers the first time they stood before the judge. Back then, he was proven not to be the father of one of her older children. But you’re still standing here. Yes, ma’am. because he’s dwelling on the past. That’s all it is with him is the past. What is it about the past you can’t let go of? Mr. Mason, me and Mr.

Malone, we was together for 5 years. Dishonesty and it was more bad than good. And it was both of us. So that’s why we came the last time because of the same situation  is basically this time. She doesn’t let his accusations slide though. She reminds everyone that Mason cheated right after those DNA results came out.

According to her, he left her behind and ran off with a stripper. I didn’t cheat at all. He left me for another. I didn’t leave her at all and I didn’t before that it Yes, your honor. Now, the court must face the question once more. Was the first prenatal test flawed or was it correct all along? Either way, Mason may soon learn that science does not lie, even if he refuses to believe it.

It has been determined by this court. Mr. Mason, you are the father. The courtroom shifted into a heavy silence the moment Megan Kavanaaugh walked forward. Her presence alone reminded everyone that this wasn’t her first visit. Just weeks earlier, she had stood before the judge, hoping two different men would be confirmed as baby Malcolm’s father.

Both DNA tests failed to link them to the child. And now, Megan claimed that the real father wasn’t an ex or a casual partner, but her mother’s longtime acquaintance, Ken Spence. I I know how bad it sounds.  Um, it is bad. Um, I started calling him up, asking for like rides, you know, to the grocery store, you know, to get stuff for my house.

And um, subconsciously I was kind to try to seduce him. Ken didn’t deny being involved with Megan, but he painted a very different picture of how things began. He insisted she had been the one making bold advances toward him. According to him, she appeared at his home dressed provocatively and refused to take no for an answer.

He said he tried to set boundaries at first, but eventually slipped. Their encounter, he claimed, happened only once, though Megan firmly disagreed. How did you end up being in the position you were sleeping with your really good friend’s daughter? It was like she said, uh, came over a couple of times. She was in inappropriate gear.

Uh, the first time I shunned it off. When Megan’s mother took the stand, the tension sharp, she remembered noticing strange looks exchanged between her daughter and her friend, though both had brushed off her concern. The truth didn’t surface until a heated argument erupted at home. Megan blurted it out in frustration, leaving her mother stunned.

Later, Ken privately confirmed the same story, deepening the betrayal. How did it feel to learn that your daughter was sleeping with your very good friend? It was very devastating. It just because the relationship was inappropriate. I felt  betrayed actually when we were together like all in the same room.

Megan’s sister added another chaotic layer to the case. She testified that she had been present when Megan secretly met up with Ken. Megan warned her not to tell their mother about what happened, but the guilt aided her and she ultimately told the truth. Megan admitted she had initiated thing, but insisted Ken still bore responsibility for going along with it.

And what do you know about this situation, Megan? Okay, I know my mom and him had like best friend connection. And one day, me and Megan went to go meet Ken. It was just me and Megan. And she was like getting something from him. I think it was like some  money or something. As if things weren’t complicated enough, Ken revealed he was married.

Despite this, he said he would accept the role of father if the test confirmed it. He acknowledged being with Megan during the possible conception period, but he claimed Megan had confessed to sleeping with multiple men during that same time frame. Megan confirmed that naming Mr. BS and Mr. Scott as partner. I do admit that I did come on to him and it was probably really a strong come on.

You did admit that he but he is a grown man. He could have told me that. He goes both ways. Who would you like to add, Mr. Smith? Mr. Scott was present and ready to testify. He explained that he and Megan had met at a pool and began a brief relationship. He said they always used protection, but Megan insisted there had been one drunken night where they didn’t.

She admitted this fell within the likely conception window. Mr. Scott said even his mother thought Malcolm resembled him, though he wasn’t convinced. Understand? That you had a sexual relationship with Miss Kavanaaugh? Yes, ma’am. And it was during the window of conception. Do you agree with that? Yes, ma’am. Megan’s drinking problems hung over the case like a dark cloud.

She openly confessed she had been heavily intoxicated during much of that period. Sometimes she even showed up to work under the influence. The judge firmly reminded her that alcohol had only worsened her situation. She encouraged Megan to seek help so she could provide stability for Malcolm. So these are the last two possibilities, Miss Kavanagh.

There’s one more, your honor. To untangle the competing claim, the judge moved forward with the DNA result. She decided to start with Mr. Scott, knowing the outcome would shift the direction of the entire case. If he was the father, the accusations against Ken would no longer matter. If he wasn’t, the pressure on Ken’s story would intensify.

The entire courtroom sat frozen as the envelope was open. When it comes to the paternity of 1mon-old Malcolm  Kavanaaugh, Mr. Scott, you are not his father. When Mr. Scott was officially ruled out, the energy in the room shifted instantly. All attention turned straight to Ken, whose connection to Megan now seemed harder to dismiss.

The judge reached for the second envelope, the final answer everyone was waiting for. Megan’s breath shook as she stared at the floor. Ken didn’t move a muscle, his eyes locked forward as the truth drew near. In the case of Kavanaaugh versus Spent Scott, when it comes to the paternity of one-mon-old Malcolm  Kavanagh, Mr.

Spence, you are not his father. Miss Hold House, you are here to prove paternity of your three-month-old son, Zaden. Yes, your honor. Shockingly, you confess it’s either a man you shared a sexual relationship with who wants nothing to do with your child. Miss Hold House, only 20 years old, stood before the court with her infant son, Zaden, at the center of a painful mystery.

She came seeking clarity about who fathered her three-month-old child. The situation itself was already explosive. Two men could potentially be the father, but one of them was her mother’s long-term partner. The other man had already disappeared from the picture. So, Mr. Chanel, how did you end up in a sexual relationship with your girlfriend’s daughter?  It started out as a text message.

Your honor, uh, I received wasn’t supposed to come to me and a word was misspelled. From the earliest moments of testimony, the courtroom realized just how deeply lines had been crossed. Her mother’s boyfriend, Mr. Shinwell, openly confessed to sleeping with it. All began from a mistakenly sent text message that turned flirtation.

A casual exchange quickly escalated into a full affair. What started as whispers soon turned into 6 months of secrecy. You told us the word you abbreviated and I can imagine how you abbreviated it. You sent the message. Was it meant for him or meant for someone else? It was meant for him, but my mom was sitting right beside me when I texted him.

Then his description of their encounters was disturbingly candid. He recalled the way she dressed, the signals he felt she sent, and the night they met at a park after she slipped away from her grandmother’s house. Their affair continued steadily for half a year. During that entire time, he was still involved with her mother.

The betrayal grew layer upon layer. What did you say to her, Mr. Chanel?  Just as she wanted to go out and have a good time with me, and you said, “Sure.” Their meetings became more strategic as the risks increased. Hold House admitted they nearly got caught when her mother noticed him standing with his pants undone.

That moment led to screaming matches and bitter tension in the home. Yet the relationship did not end immediately when she discovered she was pregnant. Even she couldn’t determine who the father might be. Miss House, how were you sneaking around behind your mother’s back with her boyfriend? What were you doing? We would just when she’s not there, she left to go somewhere.

sometimes when she’s sleeping. The situation grew even more tangled when pregnancy timelines in the household were revealed. Her mother, Miss Bugardis, had given birth to a baby girl with Mr. Shinu just 11 months before. Little Zaden, only 3 months old, might be both her grandson and her daughter’s child.

The family tree bent in impossible direction. And still the unravel continued. Oh, at the moment I did not know, but my as my mom was pregnant with my sister, that is my sister is Mr.  Chanel’s daughter. When Bardis testified, the emotional weight in the room deeply, explaining that she and Shinwald had been together on and off for two decades.

He had known Holt House since infancy, even helping raise her. She recalled uneasy signs her daughter sitting unusually close to him, acting nervous whenever he was around. The truth was worse than she imagined. Ma’am, we are discussing a very difficult situation. Mr. Chenol has been honest with this court.

He’s admitted he’s been carrying on a sexual relationship with your daughter. Despite everything, Shinwald and Bugardis were still together under one roof. All three adults lived in the same home with strict boundary, no private conversation, no texting, and constant monitoring. The TV volume was deliberately lowered so the mother could hear them if they spoke.

Yet, under questioning, both admitted their last intimate moment occurred only months earlier. Their stiff posture made the judge question every word. Me and Miss Bogardis just have to figure something out. And so, how often do you get to see Zayen? Uh, we actually all  stay together. You all stay together? Yes, ma’am.

You all live together? Yes, Sh. When the focus returned to baby Zaden, the judge asked each of them if they wish to be the biological parent. Holouse hesitated, saying she didn’t want Shinwald to be the father, but also acknowledged the other man had already walked away. Shinwald confessed he hoped the child wasn’t his.

He claimed he wanted life to go back to normal. The judge questioned what normal could even mean for them. Told us, are you nervous about these results? Yes, your honor. Are you hoping he’s the father? Are you hoping he’s not? No, your honor. I really don’t hope he’s the father. By the time all the testimony ended, the case felt less like a paternity question and more like a complete family upheaval.

If the DNA proved Shinwald was Zaden’s father, he would be the father of both the baby and the baby’s aunt while remaining the partner of the child’s grandmother. If he wasn’t, it still wouldn’t repair the damage done. The courtroom froze as the judge prepared to read the result. Mr. Chanel, it has been determined by this court.

You are not Miss Nato, you confess you are caught in the middle of two lifelong best friends because you slept with them both and now have no idea which is 2year-old Cameron’s biological father. At the center of this emotional tangle stood Kayla Ada, a young mother facing two men whose bond once felt unbreakable.

Their friendship had spanned 16 years, but the secret Kayla revealed risked destroying it forever. She admitted she had been intimate with both of them during the same period. Now 2 years after her son Cameron’s birth, she still didn’t know whoathered. The entire courtroom felt the weight of that confession. Mr. Santilly.

Now, what will you do if today’s test results reveal Cameron is your biological child? I’m going to break down. It’s been over a year and a half. I had to convince my four-year-old how he doesn’t have a younger brother no more. I had to convince myself that he wasn’t my son. Kayla’s story began with heartbreak. She explained that Dino ended their relationship through a text message while his grandfather was dying, saying she deserved better.

Despite the split, she continued visiting the elderly man in his nursing home. After his passing, Dino’s best friend, Tom, told her Dino had left her for another woman upstairs. That night, fueled by grief and betrayal, she and Tom shared drinks and eventually a bed. The day that he  passed away, I was holding his hand and Tom was standing, Mrs.

R was standing behind me, and we both just took it hard.  It’s not easy to watch anybody pass away, never mind somebody you were so close to. So, we went out afterwards and we had some drink. The order of events quickly became a battleground. Dino said he never suspected anything was happening behind his back, but Kayla acknowledged she attended the grandfather’s funeral with Tom shortly after their encounter.

She insisted both she and Tom were single when it happened. The judge questioned her on whether she considered the emotional wound this would inflict on Dena, but Kayla stood by her choices. You don’t really know who the father is. No, I can’t say. Tom’s entrance into the courtroom only heightened the tension.

He claimed Dino had practically given him permission, saying he didn’t care about Kayla because he had another girlfriend. Dino angrily denied ever saying such a thing, accusing Tom of betraying their long friendship. Rumors about Kayla and Tom had circulated even before Cameron was born, raising Dino’s doubt. Yet, Dino still showed up for Cameron’s birth, cut the cord, and signed the certificate.

How do you end up sleeping with your best friend’s girl? He told me to do it. He told me specifically in his house, “Yo, I don’t care about this girl. I have another girlfriend.” The doubts didn’t disappear, though. Early on, people said Cameron resembled Dino. But as time passed, more people began whispering that the boy looked like Tom.

Kayla admitted she noticed it, too, even submitting a comparison of baby Cameron beside a childhood photo of Tom. She insisted the resemblance was uncanny. Tom reluctantly agreed he saw similarities. So, you believe the child was yours? Did you sign the birth certificate? When he was first born, everybody said he looked just like Dino, but I wasn’t too sure.

I just kind of kept my mouth shut because I thought, you know, maybe it’s my guilt. I  thought it was just me who thought he looked like Tom. Disagreements over when Kayla confessed her uncertain only deepened the rift. Dino claimed she told him on Christmas Eve, implying he was holding a child that wasn’t his.

Kayla said they had talked weeks before that. The argument triggered a chain of events that led to Dino being arrested after he emotionally snapped. By the next day, Tom had taken on the role of father to Cameron. How did you finally break the news  to Mr. Santilly? He was going to tell you that I told him on Christmas Eve, and that’s not the truth.

That’s not the truth. It’s not the truth. But Kayla’s involvement with both men didn’t stop there. She later revealed that she and Tom had a daughter together after Cameron’s birth. Their relationship had since ended, but she insisted she only wanted transparency now. She argued that Dino shouldn’t shoulder responsibility if Cameron wasn’t biologically his.

And she believed Tom deserved the truth. So he could fully commit if he was the true father. So Miss Nato, right now, who are you with? Neither one of them. Okay. Is Cameron your only child? No. They have another baby together, too. We have a daughter together. Which we? Me and Mr. Zara. And I have another son.

Tom shared that he initially rejected the idea that Cameron could be his child. Still, pressure from their community and mutual friends made him step in. Over time, his feelings changed as he noticed Cameron resembled his daughter and even his own mother. Kayla agreed, saying both children shared family traits.

Dino stayed mostly silent, expressing only that he needed the truth to finally move forward. Miss Nato just says she truly thinks you’re Cameron’s father. Do you think you are? At first, I didn’t, but now, yeah, for many reasons. Years of resentment, confusion, and unanswered questions all converged in that single moment in court.

Dino admitted he had mentally prepared himself for the possibility that Cameron wasn’t his, repeating it to himself for nearly 18 months. But he also acknowledged that if the child was his, it would reopen deep wounds he had tried to heal. When the judge took the sealed envelope, the entire room held its breath.

And then she began reading the results. That Cameron’s biological father is Mr. Santilling.  So you were having issues and complications with my pregnancy.  We can stop playing victim though. So I didn’t show you the papers. I got the newspapers. I got a cell phone and I seen that they’ve been in she been in a whole another relationship with this other guy.

A light-skinned guy by her skin color. The episode begins with turbulence from the very first moment. Ms. Matthews storms into court determined to prove Mr. Moore fathered her three-year-old daughter Za. But Mr. Moore is not only denying paternity, he’s demanding reimbursement for a shattered car window he blames on her temper.

Judge Lake already looks exhausted, and we’ve barely started having an extremely complicated relationship with the defendant, Mr. Moore. Now, you say you’re here today to prove that he is your three-year-old daughter, Zaniah’s biological father. Yes, Mr. Moore paints Miss Matthews as a party loan woman from the day they met.

He swears they used protection every single time. Every time usually means except once, and the judge knows it. He claims she waited months before telling him she was expecting. Miss Matthews argues she delayed because doctors weren’t sure the baby would make. And you thought you were together? No. But And how did you find this photo? That actually came from her social network that she used to have her Instagram.

Things escalate when Mr. Moore presents photos from her Instagram showing her kissing another man. She admits the picture is real, but says it was an old photo for throwback Thursday. Not the best timing when pregnant. When the judge questions the window incident, Miss Matthews boldly confesses she grabbed a brick and smashed his car.

The crowd reacts instantly. The tire and I broke your back window. Okay. Oh, she’s got angry. Okay. Let’s put this part of the story together. So, hold on. Hold on, Mr. Moore. Mr. Moore, trying to drive his point home, produces photos of the wrecked vehicle like he’s the lead detect. M. Matthews doesn’t deny a thing.

She even jokes she should have broken the other window, too. The audience erupts while Judge Lake tightens her jaw. Mr. Moore mutters that Ms. Matthews always has a justification for everything. Your child, she was having the baby. You thought it was yours. Absolutely. But we weren’t together at the time. But you weren’t together.

Then Ms. Matthew flips the script. She accuses Mr. Moore of paying for sexual encounter. She says he once woke up drunk in an alley with no memory of the night. Judge Lakes’s eyebrows lift sharp. M. Matthews just exposed his entire night. Mr. Moore fires back claiming she’s the one with the questionable reputation.

I don’t have to lie about what I do. Mr. Moore, let me see this evidence you have. You was real chilly. This is a picture of what? The night she busted out my windows from me uploading a picture with another girl on my social network. Before the tension settled, Mr. Moore’s niece, Miss Thomas, steps in with her own accusation.

She insists Matthews lies about pregnancies and has a reputation for getting around. Ms. Matthews immediately shouts back, telling her not to pretend to be righteous. Judge Lake rubs her forehead. Clearly losing patient, the courtroom energy shifts to pure chaos. Miss Thomas. Miss Thomas. Why do you have doubt that your uncle is the father of Miss Matthews child? Because Miss Matthews, she gets around.

The whole hoods knows her. She’s nothing new. Then Miss Thomas delivers the most explosive statement yet. She claims little Zah calls several neighborhood men daddy. The room goes silent on impact. Judge Lake turns toward Ms. Math, demanding clarity. Ms. Matthews denies everything, insisting her daughter only uses the nickname for her grandfather. Mr.

Moore nods as if confirming the rumor. Not my uncle. Yes. Wait, wait, wait. Your honor, Zia calls three other men. Three other men’s daddy. That sound ridiculous. Wait, Miss Matthews? Hold on. Miss Matthews. Miss Thomas pushes further, claiming she has seen men frequently visiting Ms. Matthews’s home.

She even says Za sat outside unckempt while this happened. Miss Matthews immediately jumps up out. She asks if she looks like the type to neglect her child. Another collective gasp ripples through the audience. Do y’all see guys coming in and out the house? We’ll be sitting on the  porch and there’ll be guys coming in and outside the house and Zia will just be sitting on the porch with her nose snotty and hungry.

And then every time she comes over, she has the same clothes on like the judge finally intervene redirecting everyone’s attention to the child at the center of this mess. She asks who signed the birth certificate. Ms. Matthews explains it’s blank no father listed. Mr.

Moore admits he came to the hospital but left quickly after hearing rumor. Judge Lake scolds him for abandoning a woman in labor over gossip. Mr. Moore, you didn’t sign the birth certificate because you weren’t sure. Birth certificate cuz you weren’t sure. He didn’t even get the chance to see the birth certificate. He didn’t even come up to the Miss Matthews breaks down while explaining she works every day of the week to support ZA.

For a moment, her anger disappeared, replaced by genuine emotion. The courtroom softens with her. Mr. Moore insists he’s not a villain. He says he’s young, has no children, and wants answers before forming a bond he can’t undo. I had to pay for a babysitter every time I go to work. I don’t never have no me time.

And for them to be saying all that stuff, my daughter be dirty, all that. That’s impossible cuz I’ll walk around with knees and rags on my body before my daughter look at me. Judge Lake acknowledges both perspectives, sensing each has being hurt. But when Ms. Matthews accuses Mr. Moore of constant drinking and party, the courtroom erupts again.

The judge raises her hands in frustration. She reminds them their daughter is old enough to feel the absence of a father. Her voice cuts through the noise. If it weren’t for Zaniah, I probably would be about done with this cuz it’s a little bit too much silliness  and back and forth and talk talking. Just too much.

It really is not a Before moving to DNA results, Mr. Moore demands the $285 for the broken window. Judge Lake reviews the proof and rules immediately. Ms. Matthew must pay for the damage she caught. The audience laughs soft as the judge calls for Jerome. The room grows still the truth is seconds away. $285 for the broken window.

Do you have any receipts? You know what, John? I do have receipts. May I please see those invoice? Here we are. Thank you. Oh, you’re welcome. As always, Judge Lake reads slowly and clearly. In the case concerning three-year-old Zay, the air becomes heavy. She announces Mr. Moore is not the biological father. Mr.

Moore reacts instant. Celebrate. Miss Matthews remains calm, saying she expected it. The courtroom deflates in an emotional release. In the case of Matthews v. Moore pertaining to three-year-old Zaniah, Mr.  Moore, you are not her father. That’s That’s what I’m talking about. That’s what I’m talking. I’m done.

I’m done. Mr. Moore repeats that he has his entire future ahead of him. Ms. Matthews insists her child will be fine. But Judge Lake delivers one last firm reminder. She tells Ms. Matthews she already knows who the real father is and that ZA deserves to know that truth as well. So, Miss Matthews, I asked you several times if there could be another potential father and you said no.

Whether you’re willing to admit  in an open court today, something in me is telling me that you know. Then the episode ends without theatrics. Ms. Matthews quietly admits off camera that the results still hit her hard. Judge Lake’s words linger in the emptying courtroom. We’re here for ZA. It’s raw, heavy, and exactly why this show continues to deliver unmatched emotional drama.

But room again, we’ll be here for you because most importantly, we’re here for Zaniah. We want her to know who her father is because she deserves that. I wish you the very best of luck. The episode begins with tension thick enough to cut. Mr. Wilson storms into paternity court, insisting he is not the father of Ms.

Butler’s youngest girl, Zera and little Anna. He accuses her of cheating, lying, and letting multiple men drift through her home. Ms. Butler fiercely denies every claim, insisting both children are his. After raising four kids together, she can’t believe he’s denying them now. Wilson, you’ve opened this case to prove you are not the biological father of Miss Butler’s two daughters, four-year-old Zariah and 19-month-old Nana.

Judge Lake immediately points out something everyone is thinking. The age gap, 48 to 25, raises her first eyebrow. She questions whether this is really about paternity or something much deeper. Mr. Wilson snaps back with a line that sends the courtroom into hysteric. Even Judge Lake has to catch herself before laughing aloud.

Well, let me ask you this cuz it’s it’s it’s right here in my court file. So, let’s just be honest about it. There’s a significant age difference between you, Mr. Wilson, and Miss Butler. You are 48. She is 25. As they revisit their messy relationship, the drama escalates. Mr. Wilson claims he caught Ms.

Butler stepping out of another man’s car. She denies cheating, but he found messages where she called another man daddy. Miss Butler tries to minimize the situation, saying nothing happened. Judge Lakes’s face shows she’s not convinced at all. She was living at home with her parents at the time and um one time I go up to her job to see her at work taking some lunch and um I seen her get out of another guy’s car and I got a cell phone and I seen that they’ve been Ms.

Butler keeps insisting the other man didn’t finish as if that clears her name. Judge Lake tries to remain composed, but can’t hide her disbelief. She gently reminds her that contact still counts. Ms. Butler nods like she’s presenting solid evidence. The audience silently questions her entire argument. I mean, we tried to use the little condom, but we  stopped and it just we didn’t it didn’t happen.

Like he never anything. When the topic of pregnancy arises, the contradictions get worse. Mr. Wilson says he gave her another chance after hearing she was pregnant but never even called him when the baby was born. She claims her phone was dead which Judge Lake shuts down in hospitals after all have working phone.

Back of my mind I knew the baby wasn’t mine. I thought it was so many different men. Take me to her birth. What was going on? I mean um I didn’t have my phone at the hospital so I would have definitely had called him. So Mr. Wilson explains that when he finally visited the baby the birth paperwork had Ms. Butler’s last name.

She argues he denied the child, so she made the choice alone. Judge Lake steps in with a reminder that one encounter is all it takes for conception. Ms. Butler insists Zera is his, but the courtroom energy carries strong doubt. My last name. So the next day, I go to the hospital cuz they had they took the baby to another hospital.

Come back here, go back there. The lady give us our paperwork. It’s back Butler. When asked how he’d feel if Zera weren’t his, Mr. Wilson’s office. He quietly admits he’d be sad because she’s such a sweet little girl. The courtroom settles into silence. Then Judge Lake reads the results with precision. Mr.

Wilson is not the father. In the case of Wilson versus Butler, when it comes to 4year-old Zariah Butler, Mr. Wilson. As the shock sets in, Miss Butler gasps and hides her face. She whispers in disbelief while Mr. Wilson mutters that he knew it. Before emotions cool down, attention shifts immediately to the second child, Anna. Ms.

Butler confidently insists Anna must be his. But Judge Lake looks understandably exhausted by deja vu. One of the children you really didn’t know if Zariah was his, but Nana you’re pretty confident about. Yes, I am. Nana’s definitely yours. You said that about the other one. Mr.

Wilson recalls an incident that shakes the courtroom. He says he caught another man hiding in Ms. Butler’s bathroom one. He even punched through a window trying to confront him. Meanwhile, his son sat in the living room looking uneasy. Judge Lake looks completely done with this entire situation. There was not no multiple things. You only seen one thing.

I only seen one time, but everybody tell me. Everybody tell all apartments. I’M ALWAYS IN THE HOUSE. WHAT you talking about? Well, that’s what you do. All you them nasty stuff at in the house. Miss Butler claims the bathroom incident was a one-time mistake. Mr. Wilson disagreed, saying the whole complex knew what was happening in her apartment.

Judge Lake shifts her frustration toward him next. She questions why a nearly 50-year-old man is with someone so young and unstable. The audience erupts an agreement. In a hurry, going nowhere fast and you steady having sex with HER WITH NO PRO PROTECTION and potentially making babies. Yeah, I I thought about that and I was wrong.

I I thought we can get back together cuz she always tell we going to get back together. Despite everything, Mr. Wilson admits he still cared for her. He says he tried to make their family work because of the kids they share. Judge Lake calls out both of them for their choices. She points out how reckless it is to keep having unprotected sex while questioning paternity.

Neither one can offer a solid defense. We did use a gun and like he didn’t even finish. Like he never That’s the story FROM ZARIAH AND THAT ONE DIDN’T pan out. Yeah, but I did multiple guys. Miss Butler tries to explain she only saw another man brief. Mr. Wilson interrupt claiming there were several. Judge Lakes’s expression says everything the audience is thinking.

She jokes that Ms. Butler must believe no one else ever finished it. Even Jerome struggles to stay serious behind the bailiff stand. You know why she in the back room entertaining company? So you said Nana is not my child. Yes. And when you he told you that Miss Butler, what did you say? I said Nana is his. I said Nana is his.

And I when I seen the baby, I knew the baby wasn’t mine. In discussing Anna’s birth, their stories conflict again. Ms. Butler claims Mr. Wilson was present, but he insists he wasn’t anywhere near the hospital. Judge Lake finally steps in to settle it. She asks whose name is on the birth certificate.

Miss Butler confesses no one’s name is listed and the judge is not surprised. You know, the baby wasn’t mine. I know Niana is yours, but I just didn’t do it. So, if you are her biological father, Miss Come with me. No. Judge Lake’s patience reaches its limit. She tells Ms. Butler she’s been promising change for years with nothing to show for it.

Her tone cuts sharp as she scolds her for treating motherhood like a playground. The courtroom falls quiet. It’s one of the judges strongest wakeup call. And you sitting up in here just talking like you you you on a playground somewhere. Just no. Yo, you no what? When you listen to me. Finally, it’s time for the DNA results for Anna.

Judge Lake delivers them slowly and carefully. Mr. Wilson is the biological father. The audience gasps as he breaks down in tears. He whispers about his little baby, flooded with emotion. Has been determined by this court. Mr. Wilson, you are the father. of wrestling with the same painful doubt. Was he truly the father of the defendant’s one-month-old baby girl? The whole courtroom leaned in as the story unfolded.

Why the suspicion? Because not long ago, Mr. Hodes had walked in on his fiance being unfaithful. That moment planted a seed of mistrust that has only grown stronger. Whenever we first got together, she said that she would never hurt me or cheat on me. She would be truthful. Miss Willard, you kept lying and you kept cheating. Um, no I did not.

I want to understand the nature of this relationship. Where did you meet? I met him through a family member of his and then she cried on your shoulder and then you and she got together. Yes, your honor. From the very beginning, things seemed messy. He testified that his fiance was quick to get close, wasted no time turning their connection into something intimate.

Those red flags were clear, but Hodgeges admitted he ignored them. The defendant, meanwhile, carried herself as though nothing was wrong, hosting him at her place like all was perfect. Because I knew that she had been cheating on him. He had caught her with another guy that she said was a friend, but yet he was hidden in her house when he when my son got there.

Hiding in the house where? In her mother’s bedroom. The other guy in your bedroom when Mr. Hodes came. They had broke up. So why you have to hide anybody? Because she didn’t want him to know. She didn’t want to hurt him. She didn’t want to start no trouble because Harley’s got a temper. Well, we was engaged.

It was my understanding they had broke up. So, were you engaged or were you broken up? We was eng When asked if they had been apart, Hajes clarified they were not only together but engaged. Shockingly, her mother’s involvement also made things worse, stirring the pot in court. Despite all the rumors, Hajes still went ahead with the engagement.

Everyone wondered how he could stay committed despite knowing she wasn’t entirely faithful. And your honor, she was already married when they got engaged that my son didn’t know about. So, you were engaged to Mr. Hajes, but you were married to another guy at the time. Yes, your honor. How did you find him? It’s the the guy that was with her when Lillian was born at the hospital.

As the trial heated up, his mother came to his defense with receipts of her own. She insisted the defendant had been playing games with her son all along. Screenshots and text messages were brought as proof of double timing, but the defendant’s family wasn’t going to back down, firing right back with their own version of the story.

She told me she was pregnant. You’re speaking about when your daughter was pregnant with Lillian? Yes, that’s when she Is Lillian your only child? No, your honor. She hid that from us, too, at first. Back it up. Back it up. If that wasn’t enough, another revelation dropped like a bomb. The defendant had previously hidden a pregnancy and baby from Hajes before their relationship even began.

On top of that, she kept the birth of this new one-mon-old a secret until it couldn’t be hidden anymore. The room fell into chaos with so many lies uncovered. I was with the other guy and I had been living with him for a while and I thought I was going to keep living with him, but we broke up and and this is the other man that was at the hospital when Lillian was born.

Yes, your honor. Despite the heartbreak, Hodes admitted he had bonded deeply with the child. His voice cracked as he explained how much love he already felt for the little girl. Still, the hard truth was unavoidable. The DNA test would be the final word. With all evidence presented, the court braced for the verdict that would either shatter or heal.

It has been determined by this court. Mr. Hajes, you are the father.  Case two, infertility struggles and suspicions of infidelity had Mr. Ball convinced he wasn’t the real father of Miss Cox’s three-year-old daughter. With more than one man rumored to be a possible dad, things grew even more complicated.

The plaintiff flat out refused to entertain his ex’s supposed games. Missy doesn’t even begin to cover it. Mr. Ball, how did you first hear that Miss Cox was sleeping with multiple men? Well, during the time of my incarceration, your honor, I’m asking, “Hey, what’s going on, man? I’m hearing things.

I’m hearing that, you know, you’ve been talking to my girl or whatever, and she’s sitting in the car.” The Then came a bombshell from the defendant’s own best friend who fanned the flames with accusations. Miss Cox fought back, insisting that Mr. Bull had trusted her loyalty before another man entered the picture.

She claimed it was nothing more than a misunderstanding, but the grocery store encounter quickly became courtroom fuel. While he was away, were you in a relationship with another man? We wasn’t. We was in a physical relationship. It was a sexual relationship and he knew about this once. Did you tell Mr. Ball? No.

Yes, I did. I wrote him a letter and I told him everything that was going on. So, why did he have to hear it from your best friend? She beat me to the punch because my best friend at the time is his other child’s mother. Oh. The drama escalated when Ball’s child’s mother, yes, that very best friend, tipped him off with shocking detail.

Suddenly, everyone began to question who was fooling who. The pliff acted like he had been deceived from the start. Yet, some risque evidence painted him in a very different light. Her and not only just that guy, another guy and another guy. And I asked her about that. So, let me ask you this. What was in the pictures? Her arms around guys kissing around guys.

No, it wasn’t no pictures like that. Pictures were not even uploaded to the computer by me. They were uploaded by his child. the the mother of his other child, your best friend, right? She was sleeping with him and his cousin at the same time. It turned out the whispers were true. Mister Ball had been sneaking around with the defendant’s best friend.

The courtroom buzzed as his secret was laid bare. He wasn’t just accusing others, he was caught red-headed, pretending to be the victim while cheating under her roof was a bold but messy gamble because he was too lazy TO GET OFF OF UP OFF OF HIS BUTT TO GO AND GET A JOB. SO, WHEN I first came home, I wasn’t looking for a job.

When I was with her, when we were looking for a job, she was sitting right outside the place texting a dude. one place sitting down an application. And we do know you were intimate after he got home. It’s why we’re here today because at some point you find out you’re pregnant. Yeah. He slept with me unprotected the day that he came home and during intercourse told me he wanted me to get pregnant.

Things grew heavier when the judge asked if Ball had been part of his daughter’s early life. Miss Cox said he refused from day one no signature on the birth certificate and no interest in a DNA test. To her, it looked like a man dodging every ounce of responsibility. That image of lazy bones stuck fast. When your daughter Gabrielle Gabby was born, was Mr.

Ball there participate? And um he drove me to the hospital. He was there the whole 3 days I was in the hospital. He drove me home from the hospital and we stayed with him. And when it came down to signing the birth certificate, he wouldn’t I offered him a DNA test in the hospital. He didn’t want he didn’t want it. I offered him DNA.

I made appointments for DNA test and have been on my way to pick this man. As if that wasn’t enough, another layer unraveled while engaged to a different woman. Mr. Ball was still secretly seeing Miss Cox. The whole court gasped at that tangled web. He was juggling two lives, neither of which looked stable.

How on earth would he explain this to his fianceé? My child, it’s always about me because we were just sleeping together a week ago. A week ago. A week ago. Might have been like nine days ago. A week and a half ago. It was not 9 days ago, your honor. But yes, we were intimate. We were intimate. Just a few a few weeks ago, about a month and a half ago, I helped him with money for child support for his other daughter, asking me for the money and telling me that he would pay me back.

By now, it was clear that Ball’s actions spoke louder than his excuses. He seemed more interested in escaping accountability than facing reality. Miss Cox, on the other hand, stood firm, determined to expose every twist. In the end, the truth had nowhere to hide. It always finds its way out. Determined that Mr. Ball are her father.

Case three. Miss Whitman walked into Judge Lakes’s courtroom with bold confidence, insisting there was no chance the defendant was her baby’s father. Her gutter was only a month old, yet two men were already tangled in her drama. Both appeared confused. manipulated and unsure. The hearing kicked off retention already high.

And Miss Mr. Mitchell met at a bus station when I was coming from Chicago to Arkansas. We kind of like kicked it off quick and became girlfriend and boyfriend. And two months into relationship, I met Mr. Anderson and we were pretty much like friends and because I thought Mr. Mitchell was cheating and and you So then you started giving Mr.

Anderson a little bit more attention. Yes, your honor. That’s right. Continue. It was shocking to watch someone treat relationships so casually. Cheating, secrets, and reckless decisions were written all over her story. Miss Whitman seemed unconcerned about the chaos she created. What should have been a simple truth became a whirlwind of doubt.

Look, we are all This is a small town. It’s a small town. Everybody knows everybody. Everybody knows who drives what. This particular person I know stayed with a week. And you know who this guy is? I know him. He’s one of my cousins. Oh, so one of your cousins stayed up there with her for a week? Yes.

Did your cousin tell you that he slept with her? Yes, we didn’t gave each other daps in it. Her pattern was clear deny everything and never admit fault. During the trial, evidence of pregnancy photos emerged. She had sent the same test results to both Mr. Mason and Mr. Anderson within weeks.

Then suddenly she switched her story like nothing happened. Did you have any idea that she was sleeping with other people? I kind of had suspicions because of our relationship. It was a longdistance relationship. Did you show up to the hospital and participate in the birth with her? At first, my intentions was to show up at the hospital to involve myself in that situation, then find out that it’s not mine.

So, you didn’t go to any doctor’s appointments with her? Nope. Sometimes I call and promise her that I would come. But neither potential father wanted to accept the role. Mr. Anderson especially resisted, fearing the child’s presence would destroy his current relationship. Both men hesitated to cover the cost of a DNA test.

Meanwhile, the little girl’s future hung in limbo. I couldn’t get a hold of Mr. Anderson because he blocked all communications, Facebook, telephone. The reason I blocked off because of the stuff she was doing on Did you pursue a DNA test at all? Did you say, “I want to have a paternity test?” Yes, I did. What happened? And we argued about that.

What What’s the argument? She admitted she didn’t know. He wanted me to pay half a DNA test, but Mr. Matson also wanted me to pay half. I wasn’t going to pay half for both people. Wait a minute. She done gone half on the baby and won’t go half on the DNA test. The judge pressed further, asking if another man could be involved.

Instead of easing suspicions, Whitman added fuel to the fire. She admitted someone else had stayed with her for a week. During that time, the courtroom atmosphere shifted from disbelief to outrage. Besides these two could be the father of your child. That’s right, Sher. There’s one. No, that’s not. You You agree with Mr.

Anderson, Mr. Mson? believe there’s a third. All I know was about Mr. Anderson. I was texting people. People might have come over to to my house to chill, but I was not having sex with anyone else. No guy stayed there a week. I don’t know what guy he’s talking about. It’s no one. Do you see that same smirk? Mr.

Mapson, look at you. Every time we mention this car in this week, her careless answers left the judge no choice but to demand testing. Whitman’s attitude screamed recklessness, showing little concern for her daughter’s right to know the truth. With the evidence stacked against her, Judge Lake ordered the results, and everyone braced themselves for the shocking reveal.

It has been determined by this court, Mr. Anderson, you  are not her father. Thank you, Jesus.  Thank you, Jesus. I knew it. We have another result. It has been determined by this court. Mr. Mson, you are her father.  Case four, bitterness has a way of twisting situations.

And in this case, it went as far as a mother blocking paternity rights. When resentment enters the picture, logic often disappear. No amount of pleading or reasoning can break through a grudge that deep. That’s exactly what unfolded in this courtroom, saying you’re not Z’s father. Your honor, I believe it’s just out of pure hatred.

She just doesn’t want me to have visitation. Uh, I drive and about 60 miles every other weekend just to pick up my daughter and drop her off. Mr. Rasmuson’s ex wasn’t holding back. The tension between them stemmed from him choosing another woman over her. That rejection left scars and now she refused to let him near their daughter.

Judge Lake turned to Miss Tigerton for her side of the story. Tell me what you believe to be true in this situation. Yes, I was very mad at him for being a cheater. He cheated on me through pretty much our whole relationship. You don’t want him to have the visitation. Is that true? Yes, your honor.

Why is that? because I believe that the only reason why he wants the visitation is to claim her on his taxes. At one point, the defendant even argued about taxes. She claimed money he expected to receive would go into visitation expenses. Yet, despite already paying child support, she acted as though it wasn’t enough.

The reasoning seemed shaky and the judge noticed. What is this really about for you? Why is it you don’t want him involved in this child’s life? Because I still believe that she he is not hers. Okay? And and listen, that’s what we’re here for. I want to get down to the bottom of the truth. Miss Miller, on the other hand, insist a grass muin couldn’t possibly be the father. Her point was simple.

Why would a man take on every responsibility of being a dad if he had doubts? To her, that proved his certainty. The baby’s mother wasn’t convinced. He was in Vegas. And at that time in March, I wasn’t even with him. I was with somebody else because he broke up with me because he cheated on me. According to her, spite was driving the narrative.

She hinted at another possible father entering the picture, but Rasmusen remained firm. He had recently fought in family court for custody and wasn’t backing down now. His determination became clearer with every word. People we were talking to with the family court commissioner did the math and it turns out that would be a 10-month pregnancy and that that don’t make sense to me cuz it was so far it was so long ago.

I was confused about the dates. The issue grew thornier when the breakup revealed a supposed other father. Suspicion deepened. Yet Rasmusen’s name was still listed on the birth certificate. He even expressed how thrilled he was to see his little girl each chance he got. That didn’t sound like a man unsure. After she was born, he was gone.

He ran out of the room. I didn’t see him for 20 minutes after that. I admit I was on my computer, but that was far from it. I had to find a way to calm myself cuz I was so excited. Do you dispute, Miss Miller, that he was excited? I really didn’t see much excitement. You didn’t? No. I had to wait for my aunt.

The judge finally cut to the chase, questioning the mother’s motives. her answer. She admitted that after enduring repeated betrayals, she wanted Rasmusen completely out of her life. Personal pain was fueling her decisions more than fact. All of this is happening and this man is continuing to step up to the plate, but you know deep down there’s another possible father.

Yes. Why wait so long to tell? Miss Miller fired back, questioning the timing. If doubts existed from the start, why wait so long to reveal them? She pointed out that the child’s looks had changed as she grew, feeding suspicion. Still, that reasoning rang hollow in the courtroom. Exactly like I did when I was 3 years old.

I have a picture of me when I was three and a picture of her from just the other day. Let me see that. Do you see it, Miss Miller? Mm-m. You don’t. I don’t. You feel like Zeely looks like the other gentleman you were intimate with. In the end, Rasmusen stood tall, unwilling to step away from his role. He demanded a DNA test to put an end to the endless drama.

The real question leed in the air if the results didn’t go his way. Could he handle the truth? The entire court held its breath. determined by this court.  Mr. Rasmmanson, you are not the father.  Miss Miller, be respectful. I’m sorry, Miss Miller. I’m sorry. That’s a lot of nerve considering the alternative is somebody that don’t want nothing to do with you or your child.

That’s a lot of Case 5. Miss Jackson left her husband for a boyfriend only to betray him later with another affair. Now, both of her children are caught in a whirlwind of doubt. Mr. Levette admitted he loved the kids dearly. Still, the sting of betrayal made it impossible to trust. I have doubts.

And then my older son looks different from him. He’s he’s darker. He’s chubby. Got he has another son by another woman. Yeah. He has a different mother. Of course he’s going to be I still But the stuff that you be doing, it brings the doubts on it. Okay. Like it ain’t like you being good. You’re right. Of course you been.

And you ain’t. But infidelity wasn’t a one-sided accusation. Jackson fired back, claiming Levette was the real problem. She painted him as a man incapable of staying loyal to just one woman. At one point, she even had surveillance watching his every move. Every time I delete it, I wake up in the morning sometime when you get a new phone, I see a little bird on the top of my phone like, “What this bird doing?” He’s been proven to be not loyal and buying him me loving him so much and him loving me so much and us wanting to be

together. The courtroom became a stage of mistrust. Levin argued that Jackson’s lifestyle with multiple kids and men around made her unbelievable. He doubted every story she told. To him, her actions screamed dishonesty more than anything else. Did that same guy end up sending naked pictures to my phone? Yeah, cuz you asked.

No, MATTER OF FACT, IT WAS HER PHONE. IT WAS HER PHONE. I was talking like I I was talking like I was there. Things only got worse when another man started showing up at her house. Jackson insisted he was just her cousin, but Leette didn’t buy it. The man’s frequent, uninvited appearances only deepened the cracks in their already fragile bond.

Leads you to doubt. Yes. Cory Jr. because he seen another man cutting my grass. Was there anything else going on? You can’t get pregnant by somebody cutting the grass. Levette did bring one powerful piece of evidence to the table. During a breakup, Jackson became pregnant almost immediately afterward.

The timing was too suspicious to ignore. For him, that sealed the deal that she wasn’t faithful. Feel like you all broke up and you all were at odds. She started going out with somebody else. Next thing you know, she’s pregnant, but then trying to get back with you because you feel like she wanted you to take care of this baby and all of her other children.

That too. And also, she’s still married. So, I wasn’t serious in the beginning upon until I got pregnant. So, now we got kids in between the marriage. So, now we have to take an extra step, get parenting. To make matters worse, Jackson was still legally married. Them and her husband by law could be held responsible for the children regardless of paternity.

Hearing it directly from the husband himself showed just how complicated the situation had become. You are Cory Jr.’s biological father. No, you are. For them two to get their self together so I could finally have my divorce. It’s holding off both of our life. We both can’t get divorced.

He has another woman other kids in between the marriage. I have another man and kids between the marriage. We can’t get a divorce cuz this boy won’t sign an applic. Yeah, you’re right. Before your other baby when I met you, it was pending. Jackson defended herself with confidence, refusing to shoulder all the blame.

She said she was too beautiful to be treated like anyone’s doormat. Yet, her constant involvement with different men made the court question her judgment. It looked more like chaos than romance. Love it is Corey Jr.’s father that you’re convinced of? Oh, yeah. She can’t stay alone. And it shows whether I’m in her life or not, she going to keep it moving.

Ain’t my fault I look good. Yeah, you look good. You do have trouble being alone. And that’s not because you’re beautiful. That’s not how you look on the outside. That’s how you feel in the inside. Babe, at the heart of it all, the children’s well-being was ignored. While adults argued their future remained uncertain.

There was only one way to cut through the lies and doubts. Judge Lake ordered the DNA results and all eyes turned toward the envelope. Old Corey Love Jr., Mr. Coleman, you are not his father. Mr. Loveit, you are not his father. Dear, are you sure? How is that possible? Do you know who his father is? It has been determined by This seems so unreal.

Oh my god. Mr. Love it. You are Ariel’s father.
